Confused Street - On the multi map it is Eastfield Lane, the electoral roll calls it Hirst Road and locally they call it Main Street. So what is the official name of the street that runs east from the A19 crossroads? Well the parish council have raised the issue with Selby District Council who will be trying to resolve the position.

- For many years Chapel Haddlesey Parish Council have campaigned for improvements to this crossroads. Latest efforts resulted in a site meeting of the North Yorkshire Area Committee and action was promised.
